I offer a free 30-minute coaching consultation to get you started on the right path and help you to decide which package is best suited for your needs.

The coaching package includes one-on-one coaching sessions, in-person or online. You can choose between the various packages 1, 3 or 6 sessions.  Additional sessions available as needed.
